My name is Jå¢k and two days ago, through my orthopedic surgeon I found out that I need an urgent major surgery performed. I was required to provide 2 (two) pre-operative clearance documents (medical and dental) to proceed with the surgery date already scheduled. Since I’m a new resident here in the state of Texas, I acknowledged that it would be a race against time to shop for a new heathcare and dental care providers to have those pre-operative clearance documents completed. Finding a good and competent dentist requires time and motivation that I simply don’t have with my current headspace. My wife located Dr. Baldawi at Dr. Be Smiles Dental, because they welcome new patients and walk-ins. At first sight, the moment you walk into the facility you can witness the clean and sophisticated environment. As an IT professional, I could tell that Dr. Be Smiles Dental designers focused on building out the so-called “phygital” (physical and digital) environment. They have smart patient rooms wired with cameras. They have tablets or other functions capable of video visits. Moreover Dr. Be Smiles Dental facility has the distinct honor and privilege of being able to effectively care for new walk-in patients. Therefore, for my wife and I to wait for Dr. Baldawi to see us when there were other patients ahead of us was not an issue. After speaking with Dr. Baldawi, you’ll feel that he’s able to relate to you and provide a great experience. In my opinion, all that starts with empathy, which means putting the patient at the center of everything you do and being driven to help them—not seeing them as an annoyance to handle, but as the hero of their story. After the initial consultation and assessment, I learned that a deep cleaning was needed for me to obtain the pre-operative dental clearance. Now, I have been to a few dental providers in Boston (Massachusetts) and Santa Monica (California). I would like you to know that I do not have any problem getting a new dentist. Because the problem is with dentistry itself. It goes beyond juding the beside manner: in my opinion, the whole industry seems too focused on selling products and too eager to overtreat patients with expensive procedures. Due to the nonjudgmental and healthy channel of communication provided by Dr. Baldawi, I decided to have my deep teeth cleaning done the same day. I’m very thankful for a doctor who uses digital resources to put people first. The service quality was truly exceptional (it goes beyond the stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐), I can’t wait to come back in 3 months. My plans on seeing Dr. Baldawi soon and when my son turns 12 this September, we are going to take him to Dr. Be Smiles Dental. What else may I share with you about my amazing experience? If deep down your biggest fear is feeling embarrassed about going to a dentist due to decay or bad teeth, the most important thing to do is to meet Dr. Baldawi at Dr Be Smiles and get the best dental care on the same day! I went to Dr. Baldawi with a broken wisdom tooth in need of care. He did an AMAZING job. His assistant was kind and knowledgeable, the office was clean and the doctor was so good. They were upfront about the costs associated with my treatment and made sure I understood my aftercare when they were finished. 10/10 highly recommend.

Dr B is so kind and compassionate and very skilled to boot! I truly thought Good dentists didn’t exist in West Texas anymore! He’s my forever dentist now! I’m a 54 year old HUGE baby when it comes to dental work! I’ve had horrible experiences and most dentist are more about quantity over quality! Not Dr B! This dentist is honest and open. Does the X-rays and pictures right in front of you and explains what’s going on. He will not try and rip you off. He was my second opinion on some fillings another dentist said I needed immediately. He assured me my teeth were healthy and no urgent action was needed. Dont let the shopping mall location fool you….HE IS LEGIT.

I went in with extreme wisdom tooth pain, and everywhere I went I was having to wait atleast a week to get it removed. Dr Baldawi was able to do X-rays, a whole checkup & get it removed in an hour. I highly recommend this office. They’re so great!

Excellent dentist! Dr. Baldawi and his staff are simply superb. I broke a tooth, and they put in a crown in one day, and on a Saturday no less!!! They have a machine that sculpts the replacement right in front of you. My kids and I enjoyed watching the machine work. I had the work on my tooth done in late June. It's now November and I'm still wrestling with the insurance company (my insurance is not great) over the claim. Dr. Baldawi and his staff have been really wonderful in helping me get my claim properly submitted, which is not their job. Everyone there absolutely goes above and beyond. It's been refreshing, to say the least.

Just simply put.. the best dental care I ever had. I have recently moved to Midland, and my life long fear of the dentists has prevented me from caring for my teeth, I have neglected them for so long that I nearly gave up on them. Walking through the Midland Mall on a Saturday afternoon, I made a quick decision to get a check up exam and a cleaning, they have greeted me and gladly accepted to take me as a walk in! This place is so high tech! They advertise "same day dentistry" and they totally live up to it, sure enough I got my exam, a deep cleaning, and all my front teeth fixed with final crowns same day! Dr. Be is so gentle, fast and efficient, my smile looks great, my teeth were rotten and crooked. I will have all the rest of the work done here, and I look forward to it. I never thought I would write reviews, but Dr Be Smiles totally earned my first five stars review!
